Announcing the rebrand! The Story Kept is officially Sarah Renée aka … my name! Take a browse through the graphic below, and read on for an in-depth look at the new brand.

Welcome, friends. I am so appreciative of those of you who have been with me along the way. Most things will continue to be business as usual, but my hope is, that this new chapter will also be a deepening of what I do and what I stand for.

As Sarah Renée, I still want to inspire you to seek beauty in the little details of your day-to-day lives through fashion and home decor, and to show you that preloved and vintage and secondhand goods can be stylish, high quality, and aesthetically pleasing.

I’m so passionate about this because I believe it’s possible to find yourself and express your identity authentically through your wardrobe and your home. And I know this is possible for all of us, because it’s been possible for me. Fashion and decor are just one more avenue to express creativity and show the world who we are and who we want to be. 

I also know that shopping vintage and secondhand can be an antidote to chasing trends because it gives you both the constraints and the freedom to find what you like and what likes you, rather than hopping on the trend at the front of a trendy mall shop. 

Here in this space and over on my other platforms (mainly Instagram and TikTok until I’m ready to build my own website again), I will continue to share content that shares behind the scenes of my business and life, as well as other things that inspire me like fashion, artwork, music, film interiors, design. Life can be difficult, which makes it all the more important to stop and notice the joy and beauty and the little things that bring us happiness.

These values underpin my brand and overlap significantly with who I am as a person. I look forward to sharing more with you.
